7-Day Tour from Tangier to Chefchaouen (Shortened Version)
Day 1: Tangier → Asilah
We welcome you at the airport or port of Tangier. Then we drive along the coast toward Asilah. After arrival, you check in at your hotel. Later, you can walk through the medina and exit by Bab Homar, where the market takes place. Dinner is free. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Asilah → Larache → Lixus
After your morning meal, enjoy free time for a walk in the medina or on the beach. We then head to Larache, located at the mouth of the Loukos River. The city shows a strong Spanish influence, visible in its old fortifications overlooking the bay. After the visit, you have dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Larache → Chefchaouen
When breakfast is done , we drive toward Chefchaouen. On arrival, you check in at the hotel. Lunch is included. The afternoon is free to explore this famous blue town in the Rif Mountains.
Day 4: Chefchaouen
Following breakfast, enjoy a free day. A guided tour is available upon request. Chefchaouen sits at the foot of Jbel Tissouka and offers charming narrow streets filled with artisans and small shops. You can visit Plaza Uta el-Hammam, the Great Mosque, and the Kasbah with its local museum. Cafés line the square, creating a relaxed atmosphere for visitors and locals. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Chefchaouen → Tetouan
We arrive in Tetouan and have lunch in the medina. We enter through Bab Rouah, near the Royal Palace. Walking through Al-Mokaden Street, known for its shops and craftsmen, we reach Zaouia Sidi Ali Barka. From Bab Mqbar, we access the cemetery that holds the mausoleum of Sidi al-Mandri, who rebuilt the city in the 15th century. We continue toward Bab Oqla. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Tetouan → Tangier
Enjoy a free morning with optional visits to the Archaeological Museum, the Museum of Popular Arts, or the School of Traditional Crafts. After lunch, we transfer to Tangier. We arrive in the afternoon and start our visit near the port, walking along the “Beach Street.” Here you’ll see beautiful colonial buildings, including the old Teatro Cervantes. We stop at Café Hafa for mint tea. We also visit the Phoenician necropolis. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Tangier → Departure
Once you finish breakfast, we transfer you to the port or airport according to your departure time.
